So, it's been a while. Got a bit busy this week at work. See, my lovely fiance, Mike, has hooked my laptop up to various things so, it is too much work to unplug everything and plug it back in and I refuse to sit at the little desk he has it sitting on because it is a laptop and I want to use it as such while sitting my lazy ass on the couch. Plus, I am on a computer all day long so I tend to not want to be on one much when I get home. Just another reason to get an iPhone, so I can blog about things as they happen after work so I don't have to go days without posting and then when I get the chance to do so, I have to sit here and try to remember what has happened.
I don't know why but I have been deeply in love with the iPhone since its inception. Of course, I didn't want to get it immediately cause you know they always have kinks they gotta work out so it isn't worth buying right away, not to mention the thing was $600. Ha! That only lasted like 2 months though and then the thing dropped to the $300 and $200 price it is now and I laughed and laughed when I heard about the idiots that were pissed it dropped down in price so fast. Again, why would you buy something within the first two months of it coming out anyway! Granted, I understand people have to buy these things in order for the price to come down (I believe there is some sort of Economics 101 thing going on there) and because they have money so why not just shell out $600 on a phone but then don't complain when the price drastically drops so the rest of the world can afford it.
I believe that soon I will be able to purchase the iPhone, especially now that my guy, Mike, has received his raise which ended up being quite substantial. To celebrate, I am going to make him buy me the iPhone. It's ok; it'll make up for the car CD player he was to have replaced of mine and the series box set of Sex and the City that was supposed to be given to me sometime over the past 3 years or so. I think it's a fair swap, don't you?
